I had set an appointment today to see about the gutters, they came in the morning to review the job and give me an estimate. Only the leaf guard were replaced. They finished the job by the end of the same day. I had an excellent experience with Dry Sky Roofing, thanks to Junior and the crew. I really appreciated how upfront they were about the costs and the work that actually needed to be done. They didn't just look at the shingles, they showed me exactly where the problems were. They went above and beyond by fixing my soffit, which wasn’t even in the original quote. They were able to come back out the same day to get it done, and they installed new gutters too. Everything, the roof repairs, the soffit, and the gutters, was finished in a single day. They even did a quick repair on a leaking pipe boot right away to make sure it wouldn't leak again before they could get the whole roof done. It’s hard to find a company this honest and fast. I recently needed work done on my leaky roof and called several roofers in the area. They were all too busy, didn't return calls, or only did new installations. I was referred to Dry Sky Roofing and gave them a call. They showed up promptly, inspected the entire roof, and did the necessary prevention work. The roofer explained why my roof was leaking in a few different areas and that I did not need a new roof. I was thrilled with their professionalism and the work was done for the estimated price. We have had several downpours since then and I have not had a single leak. Dry Sky did a partial roof repair/replacement in September 2022 and it was a great process from start to finish. Took photos and took time to explain source of the leak that necessitated the repair and what was needed, and advised on timeline for additional repairs/replacement. Repair done in a day and photos again shared so I could see what was done. When they found out I was climbing on my own roof to clear leaves and debris, they offered to come out and clear them for me. I have taken them up on their offer and they do a great job: leaves cleared off of the roof AND they clear up the residual mess (left my deck cleaner than prior to the job!). I’m not looking forward to the day when I have to do another roof repair but at least I know who I will be using! ~ Christiana H

I highly recommend Dry Sky Roofing based on their quality of work, professionalism, pricing, and communication. A few years ago I had an issue with tree damage and struggled to find a good roofing contractor, then recently I had a leak in my roof due to worn out boots on some of the vent pipes and a nail pop. Dry Sky and Getty came out right away to evaluate the issue, gave me a fair quote, and did not pressure me or use any sales tactics. I ultimately selected them for the repairs and both of the workers who performed the repairs were professional; taking their time to make sure that the job was done right, and updating me throughout the process. Dry Sky Roofing is one of the best business I have worked with. We had an insurance claim last year and needed to get a new roof. Jimmy and his crew were very reasonable and honest. They helped us work with the insurance company and was able to complete the work within a short amount of time. They also were very careful to protect my yard and plants and did a wonderful job on the clean up. At Christmas my husband fell off the roof while hanging Christmas lights. When he fell he hit and damaged one of the gutters. We called Jimmy and he sent someone out immediately to replace the gutter and he also finished putting the Christmas lights that my husband was unable to finish. They are really good people. I’ve called around and got quotes from 5 different roofing companies and drysky roofing was the BEST. JR came out and kept it honest with me. no sales tactic no long drawn out spills. He gave me the quote which was the best price with top of the line shingles. Not only did I get a new roof but I got new gutters to. He set me up with a date for installation and on the date His crew came out on time and did an amazing job exceeding my expectations. JR checked in to make sure things was going smoothly. The following day a crew came out to do my new gutters. The crew was on time and again exceeded my expectations. Jr followed up again to make sure everything was perfect. Great customer service. Dry Sky Roofing was a great experience. I looked up their website sent a message they called right away and was out in a few hours to give us an estimate. We had gotten other estimates from other company’s and we got a high pressure sales man that was at our house for hours pushing their product. Dry Sky was so different they came out we said what we wanted they listened and gave us the estimate in a short amount of time. Within a few weeks we had our new roof. The guys that came to the house were professional and completed the whole job in just a few hours they cleaned everything up and left my yard the way it was when they came. I had an active roof leak in bathroom from a previous hail storm. I called and Dry Sky Roofing came out to inspect. They inspected the roof and found evidence of the hail damage. My insurance inspector came out and Dry Sky also was here to answer and point out the damage. The insurance inspector also found evidence of gutter damage. Dry Sky provided me with a good quality choice of shingles, roof felt and also replaced the flashing and boots for all the roof vents. The roofing crew replaced some rotted wood also. Following that the gutter man came out and was also presented with color and size options for my gutters. I was well pleased with the quick, professional and quality work of the completed project. Dry Sky Roofing was easy to work with and I recommend them highly. ~ Greg M

My roof was in an EMERGENCY situation and I was having trouble with financing but the team at Dry Sky went above and beyond to help me work out a solution. I purchased an historic home a couple of years ago and knew my roof was in serious need of repair. I had a few roofers come out for estimates. A few told me it was a difficult job because of the years of layers and the steepness of the roof. I had two roofing companies refuse to do the work, because of those issues. Jimmy was not intimidated by the scale of the job and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work required for a historic home. I called for a free estimate on Monday 4/7/25 around noon. Jr. was there to complete the estimate and had me set up with a fantastic payment plan on Wednesday 4/9/25. On Tuesday 4/15/25 they arrived at 6:30 am prepared to get the job done. I was able to see my new roof at 5:30 pm. The job done by Dry Sky was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company for anyones roofing needs. They are knowledgeable, succinct, and take time to understand what their customers need. Dry Sky was the most responsive company we called to receive a quote for a new roof. Jimmy was very thorough with his presentation and even had pictures and videos of our roof to explain what he saw during his inspection. He answered all of our questions without any of the high pressure tactics like we received from other companies. After getting 3 different quotes, Dry Sky was the most competitive and offered a great product with a superb warranty. Saw one of this company's guys and a wrapped logo truck looking at a roof. He left out the neighborhood and I got in my car to try and get him to come check something out for me. The siding on my home was loose and dangling, resulting in my HOA warning fine. He came back and popped it in place with no nails, or hammer and showed me how siding clamps on to the bottom piece. I had to shout and chase him down the road when he pulled outbut he came right back and did this for free. I will be contacting this company and referring them to my friends and family, as I'm extremely grateful for the kid who came out here to help. HOA will take your property away quicker than a mortgage if you let your property go. Getting stuff together around the house, everybody other handyman i contacted wanted a minimum bid for something so simple. I appreciate it! ~ Roy G

Dry Sky did some work on my home's roof a couple years ago, basically putting a better cap on the ridge line which was too narrow and allowing water to enter. They also did a service job, touching things up here and there. Unfortunately, the age of the roof meant that every time a storm would blow through, I'd have to restick shingles! A month or so ago, we had very strong wind and even hail. I took videos and pictures because I was fed up with having to constantly deal with this. My insurance company came through for me, and I called up Dry Sky. (This is what people do when a company does good work for them, building that trusted relationship.) Dry Sky replaced the roof two weeks ago. Getty, Barry, and Michelle were all fantastic to work with! I have more than just a roof now, I have some friends in the industry that I hope to work with in the future! ~ James W

I had Getty check our roof while Dry Sky was replacing our neighbor's roof. He told me there were some shingles in need of repair, but I didn't feel pressured into having the work done immediately. About one month later there was a bad storm and we lost some shutters. I contacted my insurance company. When the agent came over to inspect she also had an adjuster come. I had contacted Getty and he also was there. After everyone finished, it was decided a new roof was needed. It was the original roof and was 16 years old. Getty supplied my wife and me samples of different roof colors available. Within two weeks after settlement and picking roof color, Dry Sky had a crew in and replaced the roof in one day. We also had new gutters installed which was done on the following day. Dry Sky was very efficient, very professional, and cleaned up very well after the install. ~ James B

I had a shed that needed to be shingled, so I called a few local roofing companies. The first two basically told me that it would cost me too much, and it wasn't worth their time. THEN I CALLED DRY SKY ROOFING! I spoke with Barry, and he was great. He sent Rory out to do the work, which was perfect. They were both friendly, and curtious. Absolutely amazing experience with the crew from Dry Sky Roofing. From the initial free inspection and presentation. Junior showed us several different packages. No high pressure sales tricks. My wife and I were able to select a package that fit our budget. We looked at a few other agencies but were most comfortable with the local team at Dry Sky. They were able to set up our appointment quickly. The team arrived early on 4/16/2025 and got right to work. The installation of the roof on both the car port and house was completed in less than a day. Junior kept us updated throughout the process. The new gutters were installed the following day and Junior himself came out on 4/18/2025 and installed the gutter guards. I would definitely use Dry Sky again. I have nothing but good things to say about Dry Sky Roofing. They picked up the phone every time I called or they called back extremely promptly. Their assessment of existing roof was right in line with other opinions I received. Their price was fair and well documented. They scheduled the work extremely promptly and replaced an entire roof exactly when I needed it. Quality of work is excellent, communication is phenomenal, and they went above and beyond to help me out on a roof issue I had for my old house during a stressful selling time. Our experience with Dry Sky Roofing was excellent! Sean Cruise, our roof consultant, was very thorough and patient answering our questions and concerns. The installation date was scheduled and the crew arrived on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. Tarps were used to protect shrubs and the cleanup was done well using magnetic rakes to pick up nails. They actually used two crews on our job which allowed them to complete the project in one day! There were a few minor trim items which were completed the next day. Barry was onsite during the day to supervise and answer questions. Jimmy followed up with us to make sure we were pleased with their work. The roof looks great! The work was completed as promised - no surprises. Had a roof leak and got repair quotes from three roofing companies with the best Google ratings. After talking with all three I went with Dry Sky roofing for my Sherrills Ford house and highly recommend them. Two companies had similar estimates (one from Mooresville was twice as much) but Dry Sky replaced more of the shingles (included those around the nearby chimney) and provided more detailed plans to insure the leak would be fixed for the long haul. They were able to come out within a few days and took their time to repair my roof properly. They cleaned up everything and were very professional. After having some storm damage and a roof leak I called Dry Sky to do a roof inspection. They showed up on time and gave me an honest assessment. It was determined roof repair was needed so I chose them for the job. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule my roof. The work was top quality with quality materials and they will go out of their way to fix any issues that can occur during the job. My roof ended up having a surprise second layer but they were still able to finish the job quickly. Their customer service is excellent.
